INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Mix 1 scoop (35g) of Superior Whey Core with 250ml of cold water. As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving daily.
During intense training, consume 1 serving 30 minutes after your workout for optimal results. On non-training days take one serving immediately after waking up.
